Hi, I’m Kathleen—a warm, approachable, and genuine AHPRA-registered psychologist (BPsychScHons) and a registered member of Australian Association of Psychologists INC (# 15906). In therapy, I offer tailored psychological education and practical, evidence-based strategies designed for adolescents, adults and couples. My client-centered approach ensures that treatments are collaboratively planned and implemented to suit your unique needs.
My therapeutic approach is client-focused, utilizing a wide range of evidence-based treatments including but not limited to Behavioural Couples Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and interpersonal and solution-focussed approaches. My purpose is to support and equip you with the tools needed to navigate life with resilience and confidence.
