I enjoy helping people to improve their mental health through the use of evidence-based psychological therapies. My approach is collaborative, working with each individual to develop a shared understanding of the problem(s) they are experiencing, and making therapy recommendations that are specifically tailored to the needs of each person. Some of the therapies I draw from are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and Solution-focused therapy.
I have been registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency as a fully qualified Psychologist since 2013 and as a Clinical Psychologist since 2016, and am a member of the Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
